Maya Rosales
Research Apprentice
Maya studies Political Science and Public Policy. She is also a participant in a Foreign Service diversity Internship Program for the U.S. Department of State. There she has worked for the office of Security and Human Rights in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor and the U.S. Embassy in Peru. Prior to her time at State, Maya has worked for California Rural Legal Assistance, Senator Kamala Harris, and the East Bay Sanctuary Covenant. As a research apprentice, Maya is has worked on research pertaining to human rights in Venezuela and Haiti.
